We ship across Australia using Interparcel and Australia Post. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney location.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days for metro areas. Regional and rural deliveries may take 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Bulky Items

Larger items such as the electric rollator are shipped via Interparcel courier. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched. Signature on delivery may be required.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the tracking number provided to monitor your delivery via the relevant carrier's website.
