We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following before contacting us about a return.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on clearance or limited stock items. For all other products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to discuss a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
